Eunice B. Read, age 79, passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, October 25, 2022. Eunice was born in Joelton, Tennessee, on March 10, 1943, to the late Richard Knipfer and Martha (Moss) Knipfer.
She was a graduate and high school basketball star of Joelton High School. Eunice was a secretary for over 25 years for Farm Bureau in Ashland City, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 54 years, Rex Read; son, Richie Read; brothers, Donald, Junior, Earl and Ralph Knipfer and Roy Howell; and sister, Rubye Barnhart.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Alley; stepson, Chris Read (Samantha); sister, Margaret Smith; grandchildren, Justin Alley and Daniel Alley; great-granddaughter, Gabrielle Jones; and granddog, Gabby.
