With October right around the corner, Pink Out for Hope is gearing for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. There are many ways the community can work with the Pleasant View-based nonprofit to help raise money and spread awareness. Paint the Town Pink is a great way businesses can show their support by decorating their storefronts.
October 1, 2023 is the deadline to have storefronts decorated. All displays must remain outdoors, as the judges will not be entering buildings. By October 15, the judging process will be completed, and on October 19, the winners will be announced via social media.
There will be a winner for Pleasant View, Ashland City, Pegram, Kingston Springs, and Joelton. Each winner will receive the Paint The Town Pink traveling trophy to display in their business for the year.
Pictures from previous years' displays can be found on the Pink Out for Hope website for inspiration: pinkoutforhope.org/event/paint-the-town/
