On January 26, the Region 7 Duals were held at White House Heritage with Sycamore, Greenbrier, and Cheatham County High Schools competing.
In the first round, Sycamore defeated White House 57-18, and Greenbrier defeated Cheatham County 42-35.

In the first place match, Sycamore defeated Greenbrier to win the Region Duals 55-24. White House Heritage defeated Cheatham County by a score of 43-24 to take 3rd place.

Sycamore advances to compete against Fairview on January 28, for an opportunity to compete as one of the four A-AA teams in the Team State Wrestling Tournament on February 5 and 6 in Nolensville.
